The orchestra, which is made up of members of the North West’s professional orchestras including the BBC Philharmonic, Hallé, Manchester Camerata and professional freelancers, has raised over £25,000 for charity since being set up by cor anglais player Thomas Davey and oboist Andrew Pettitt in 2015.

The orchestra's home is Altrincham Market House but perform also in other venues in the area.
